PAGLIUGHI DELIVERS STATE OF THE BOROUGH ADDRESS IN AVALON

Avalon Mayor Martin Pagliughi delivered his annual State of the Borough address in Avalon on Saturday morning.  Pagliughi spoke at the Avalon Home and Landowners meeting and discussed current and future capital projects throughout the community.  Atlantic City Electric provided details about a new Peermont Substation that is being constructed in Avalon, and about its intentions to replace wooden utility poles along Avalon Boulevard and Ocean Drive with new, sturdier steel poles.
