A 34 year-old Pennsylvania man will appear in Superior Court on Friday to face charges he murdered another Pennsylvania resident at a Vineland hotel. Larry John Pulcine Jr. is accused of shooting 33 year-old Ivan Strayer III multiple times earlier this week. Strayer’s body was found early Tuesday morning at the Wyndham by Wingate hotel and Pulcine was arrested after an investigation by Vineland police. Pulcine is being held on $750,000 bail.
