The owners of Manco and Manco’s pizza in Ocean City were arrested on tax evasion charges. Charles Bangle, 54, and his wife Mary Bangle, 53, will face a 30-count indictment on the related charges. The allegations are that they took $981,000 from the business in smaller amounts to put into their personal account. All of the indictments carry a five year maximum jail sentence and a $250,000 fine.
