OVER 500 BAGS OF HEROIN SEIZED IN WILDWOOD

The large drug busts continue. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and Wildwood Police Department teamed up on a bust that saw 500 bags of heroin taken off the streets. The bust took place on the 200 block of East Garfield Avenue. The street value of the heroin was over $10,000. Authorities say they arrested eight in the bust. All eight were placed in the Cape May County Jail on $80,000 bail. Detectives also seized cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and over $2,500.
