Over 13,000 customers of Atlantic City Electric have lost power during major thunderstorms that are rolling through southern New Jersey Wednesday afternoon. Most of the outages reported early afternoon were up towards the greater Philadelphia area. Some outages are possible if storms develop in our region during the afternoon hours.
