An arrest was made on Tuesday on a fugitive warrant by Lower Township Police. Lower Township Police say that Wayne Chadwick was picked up by them when they received a 9-1-1 call of a disorderly male who wouldn’t leave the Cohwen’s Ink Emporium. Police discovered he had outstanding warrants from Philadelphia on contempt of a protection order, stalking violations, terroristic threats, and harassment. He was placed in the Cape May County Jail on $35,000 and awaiting extradition.
