OOPS! NEW JERSEY HAS TO RETURN $300 MILLION TO MEDICAID

A financial problem for the State of New Jersey.  A federal audit published this week shows New Jersey claimed just over $300 million in unallowable costs to Medicaid for special education services.  The New Jersey Department of Human Services said the auditors were wrong and an appeal is coming.
