ONE VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORTED IN MIDDLE TOWNSHIP

An accident took place on Tuesday morning in the area of Atkinson’s Tavern. Middle Township Police say the incident took place on Route 9 around 7:17 a.m.  A vehicle operated by Saulamon D. Allen of Woodbine was travelling north on Route 9 when it left the roadway and struck a flag pole.  Mr. Allen was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.   The crash is under investigation .
