Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel
One of the three suspects in a carjacking murder was arrested. Authorities confirm that Phillip Byrdwas arrested on Tuesday in the incident. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office continue to look for Eric Darden, and Raheem Simmons. Byrd is charged with felony murder, carjacking, robbery, and other charges. Bail was set at $1 million. The incident that took place over the weekend at the Trump Taj Mahal and led to one person dying.
