70 year old Elizabeth Caulkins of North Cape May lost her life Wednesday afternoon during a one vehicle accident on Town Bank Road Wednesday afternoon. Caulkins lost control of her vehicle, crossed the center line of the roadway before hitting an oncoming vehicle and a utility pole. Caulkins succumbed to her injuries at Cape Regional Medical Center.
