ON “SANDY” ANNIVERSARY, MURPHY PLEDGES MORE RESILIENCY FOR NEW JERSEY

It was seven years ago since Hurricane Sandy devastated the Jersey shoreline.  Today, Governor Phil Murphy marked the occasion by announcing a new plan to address climate change and future storm events.  Murphy says officials will spend the next six months developing a plan for the Garden State that will help protect it for the next three decades.
