If you have a very old parking ticket issued in New Jersey, chances are it will be extinguished. Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner is taking steps to toss over 700,000 parking tickets that are more than 15 years old in New Jersey. The cases may be dismissed because they were not prosecuted.
