Officially open for business…two new casinos opened with glitzy events in Atlantic City Thursday. The Hard Rock and Ocean Resort casinos replace the former Trump Taj Mahal and Revel respectively. Both casinos had been shuttered for a few years and received permission from gaming officials to open on Wednesday.
