Mike Voll is out as Township Manager in Lower Township. The Lower Township Council voted to remove Voll from his position as Township Manager during Monday night’s reorganization meeting. The move was not unexpected since republicans swept all three seats in the November election. Voll was given 90 days pay as severance. Now serving Lower Township as Acting Manager is Jim Ridgeway.
