OFFICER AND DOG GRADUATE K-9 TRAINING

The Egg Harbor Township Police Department announced the graduation of Officer Christopher Berry, and his K-9 Partner Blitz, from the Atlantic County John “Sonny” Burke K-9 Academy Scent Class #27. The graduation took place on Friday December 16th at the Richard Stockton College, Galloway Township. Officer Berry and Blitz were part of a class of 14 K-9 teams that graduated from the program. The graduation took place after 14 weeks of intensive training for both the handler and the dog that included training on narcotic detection and searches. Blitz is a 4 year old German Sheppard.
