ODDS ARE DELAWARE BEATS NEW JERSEY WITH SPORTS BETTING

Sports betting will come to Delaware before it comes to New Jersey.  Delaware plans to launch sports betting on Monday, while New Jersey lags behind.  Dover Downs and Delaware Park will be two locations where sports betting will occur.
