A 24-year-old Ocean View man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with breaking into multiple vehicles. State Police report that Matthew Jankowski was arrested and charged with breaking into multiple cars on Sunday and Tuesday in Upper Township. Jankowski faces several charges, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He is lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
