The Ocean City Beach Patrol announced that some beaches in the community will not guarded as of Monday. Beaches including the Waverly Boulevard and 16th Street surfing beaches will not be guarded due to a lack of manpower as guards return back to school. Many other beaches will remain guarded for another week, through August 30th.
