Ocean City will be opening all of its municipal parking lots for free Tuesday for Tropical Storm Isaias. Some city residents and visitors will want to move their vehicles to higher ground, so the city is making the municipal parking in lots for free. The Ocean City Beach Patrol is closing the beaches to all swimming on Tuesday.
