OCEAN CITY TO ADDRESS FLOODING ISSUES

Ocean City will address some flooding issues where it floods most in town.  Council has approved a contract for the survey and design of a flood mitigation program that will impact 26th to 34th streets, from West to Bay avenues.  A report was issued last month that detailed the flooding issues in town.  Low elevations in that section of Ocean City are largely to blame for the flooding problems.
