OCEAN CITY RESOLUTION SUPPORTS SOUTH END BEACH REPLENISHMENT

The Ocean City Council unanimously approved a resolution on Thursday supporting a beach replenishment project in the south end of the city from 36th to 59th Streets. The Ocean City Gazette reports that city officials are in contact with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to work out the details and funding of the project. Ocean City is scheduled to get a beach replenishment before the end of this year in the north end to 12th Street.
