Leave your cigarettes at home if you plan to visit a park or playground in Ocean City. Council last week approved a new ordinance that will wipe out all tobacco products at parks and playgrounds in the resort. Members of the public and city council are both in favor of the new ordinance. Police will issue warnings first; signs will be erected at all public areas announcing the new policy.
