OCEAN CITY PROVIDES FIRST APPROVALS FOR MARINA DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Ocean City Council met last night and offered initial approvals for a new marina development project on 10th Street.  City Council met during a special meeting and voted unanimously in favor of the new development plan for the property which is currently bank owned.  The redevelopment of the property now heads to the Ocean City Planning Board, then back to City Council next month for final approvals.
