OCEAN CITY MAKES CHANGE TO ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Ocean City’s council met last night and decided to abolish one city department, and create another. Gone in Ocean City is the Department of Community Operations, and back is the Department of Public Works. An ordinance creating the new department was passed on first reading last night. The Department of Public Works was abolished in Ocean City two years ago; now it’s being brought back.
