Bill Woods is now heading up the Ocean City Housing Authority. Woods was named the Chairman, and Stuart Sirott is the vice chairman. The moves follow the resignation of former Chairman Ed Price who recently lost an election for mayor in the resort. Price and two other members resigned from the authority earlier this month. It will take some time to fill the other vacant seats on the authority.
