An old maria at 10th Street in Ocean City will get a new life in the near future. Ocean City’s council met last night and decided to spend $2.6 million in a public-private partnership to rehabilitate the marina that sits at Palen Avenue. Many people who attended the meeting spoke in favor of the rehabilitation project. The new site will include boat slips, parking spots, and a multi use building, according to Council. A final vote on the bond ordinance will occur at the end of June.
