On July 16, Ocean City’s City Council will be holding a workshop to discuss possible changes to the Historic District Ordinance. The workshop will start at 6:00 PM in City Council Chambers. Representatives from the State of New Jersey Historic Preservation office and the Ocean City Historic Preservation Commission will be present. No formal action will be taken at this meeting, however Mayor Jay Gillian says this is an important meeting for anyone who lives or has interest in the district.
