The entrance to Ocean City at Ninth Street will be getting a makeover to replace the three abandoned gas stations along the roadway. The Press of Atlantic City reports that two of the sites will be purchased by the city and turned into open space. The former Exxon station at Bay Avenue will be transformed into a Keller Williams Real Estate office. Other businesses, including a local insurance agency, are moving into or nearby the entrance corridor, to replace the unsightly abandoned properties.
