OCEAN CITY BEACH FILL COULD WRAP UP BY THE END OF THE YEAR

A major beach fill project in the north end of Ocean City could wrap up before Christmas.  City leaders met on Thursday and talked about the beach fill project being conducted by Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company.  The first leg of the beach fill project is finished, and the second leg could wrap up in the next five weeks.  The project is largely funded by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
