OCEAN CITY ARTS PATRON MARGARET LLOYD PASSES AT 102

Ocean City resident Margaret “Peggy” Lloyd, a self-proclaimed lover of art and music, has died at the age of 102. Lloyd was active in the local arts community for decades, and made significant financial contributions to the Ocean City Arts Center, the Ocean City Pops Orchestra and the Ocean City Aquatics and Fitness Center. She was a founder of the Gardens Civic Association, a board member with the Arts Center, and a long-time volunteer with the Miss America Organization.
