OCEAN CITY APPROVES ABANDONED PROPERTY ORDINANCE

Ocean City’s Council did the expected before the weekend and approved an abandoned property ordinance.  The ordinance was approved without comment on Thursday night.  It allows the city to begin the process to take private properties that have been abandoned in the resort.  Ocean City has three gasoline stations that have been belly up for years and remain an eyesore to some residents.
