OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE CHARGE AGAINST ATLANTIC CITY COUNCILMAN

An Atlantic City councilman was charged with obstruction of justice for wearing a shirt with “police” on it. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Rizwan Malik alleges the incident started with a disagreement with his neighbor over damage to his bumper. Malik was also charged with tampering with evidence because the police shirt had a name on it that was removed when he handed the shirt over to police.
