OBSTACLE APPEARS FOR PINELANDS HEARING ON CONTROVERSIAL PIPELINE

A new obstacle may be in the way for another hearing to be held Tuesday to discuss a controversial natural gas pipeline that would run through the Pinelands into Cape May County.  The Pinelands Preservation Alliance contends that Tuesday’s hearing is not a legitimate hearing, and it wants to block public comment on the proposal to build the pipeline.  The hearing has been moved to a church in Pemberton to handle the big crowd expected at the hearing.
