President Obama is planning another visit to the Jersey Shore on Tuesday. The White House says that the President will tour the coastline with Governor Christie and discuss the need to expand economic opportunities for middle-class families hit by the storm. He plans to meet with business and home owners who have received benefits from recovery funds.
