OBAMA TO DELIVER ADDRESS AT RUTGERS, SECURITY TIGHT

President Obama will deliver commencement remarks at Rutgers University on Sunday and security is expected to be very tight.  There will be security screening much like airports around the country before the President’s arrival.  A limit on guest tickets has been imposed, and various transportation routes are being established to and from the ceremony.
