NUMBER OF SUMMER TRAFFIC FATALITIES DIPS SLIGHTLY IN NJ

The number of summertime traffic fatalities dipped slightly this summer, compared to last year. There were 183 traffic deaths in the Garden State this summer, down by five from the summer of 2016. Locally, there were five traffic fatalities in Cape May County this summer.
