Another not guilty plea was entered today in court by one of two suspects charged in the murder dismemberment of 15-year-old Nicole Anstadt of Lower Township. Appearing at his arraignment, 23 year-old Derrick Powers, pleaded not guilty to the crime, as authorities claimed to have extensive evidence and testimony in the case linking Powers to the crime. Last month 33 year-old Charles Mosley, also accused of the murder, pleaded not guilty to all of his charges, even though prosecutors said he confessed to the crime.
