A federal judge has provided a striking blow to New Jersey movie chain businesses. The judge ruled that yes, the State can shut down movie theaters during a pandemic and no, it’s not an infringement on anyone’s rights. The theaters sought an injunction that would have relieved them of directives from Governor Murphy.
