The northbound exit for the Garden State Parkway at Shellbay Avenue will be closed for two days as of this Friday. The New Jersey Highway Authority announced that the northbound exit at interchange 9 will be shut down on Friday and Monday, October 2nd and 5th for asphalt paving and the construction of a guardrail. Traffic will be detoured to the next northbound exit, at milepost 10. The ramp will be open to traffic on Saturday and Sunday.
