A woman was arrested for stealing a cell phone inside of the municipal court. North Wildwood Police say they took Jacquelyn Dunbar into custody for the theft. He was charged with with theft and bail was set at $1,000. She posted bail and was released pending court. The incident took place on Tuesday around 2 p.m.
