North Wildwood Mayor Patrick Rosenello announced that the city has won a major issue in court whereas the state attempted to block the city’s efforts to provide resiliency at the 15th Street dune. Rosenello says the city was sued by the state with no warning. A judge ruled in North Wildwood’s favor. Rosenello says the city will “continue to take whatever actions necessary to protect property and lives in our community”.
