It was a great job by the North Wildwood Police Department. A man was floating in the water early Sunday morning with his head submerged in the ocean. Officers Mark Santiago and Kyle Zaleski arrived on scene and the victim was carried out of the ocean and onto the beach when he began to regain consciousness and expel water. The victim was placed in a North Wildwood Police patrol vehicle and driven to 12th & JFK Beach Drive by Sgt. Brian Harkins, where he was treated by North Wildwood Fire Department personnel and refused any further assistance.
