North Wildwood Police say they made an arrest after asking the public to help identify a burglary suspect. Mark Gibson (35), residing in North Wildwood was charged with burglary and theft. He was released after posting bail. A press release was published on Dec. 3 requesting assistance from the public on the identity of a burglary and theft suspect from surveillance photos. Detectives received several tips directly from the public as well as Cape May County Crime Stoppers and through the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department tip411 system.
