North Wildwood will be going out to bid on some road work at Surf Ave. Mayor Bill Henfey tells Coastal Broadcasting that the city will go out to bid next week from 18th to 11th aves. Henfey said the work will be done over the course of two years. This year the sewer line will be redone, along with all the laterals. Repairs will also take place at this time. They will give the work a year to settle, then the city will resurface the roadway. The funding came from a USDA grant, low-interest load program. It is a program the city has been using for sometime. All the work is expected to be wrapped up before the beginning of summer.
