A lifeguard duo captured the annual Bud Tarbotton Memorial Around the Island Row for the second consecutive year on Wednesday. Terry Mcgovern and Darrick Kobierowski won the 17 mile event Wednesday morning, rowing around the Wildwoods. The led the event from the beginning and turned in a time just shy of two and a half hours.
