North Wildwood Police arrested a fugitive from justice from the Philadelphia area on Sunday evening. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested 41 year old Alexander Torres for being wanted on a full warrant for assault. Torres was a passenger in the vehicle that was pulled over.
