North Wildwood Police made a traffic stop that led to serious drug charges being filed against a local man. Police say 30 year old Raymond Segarra was stopped on January 25th and during the investigation, police found marijuana and pills inside his car. Segarra was charged with multiple drug possession and distribution offenses. He was taken to the county jail on $20,000 cash bail.
