A $1 million lottery ticket was sold in New Jersey but it was sold in North Jersey. New Jersey Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold at a Stop and Ship in Tenafly. The $1 million ticket matched five numbers but not the Powerball. The odds of winning the $1 million prize is over 11 million to one.
