NORTH CAPE MAY MAN SLAPPED WITH HEROIN DISTRIBUTION OFFENSES

A man from North Cape May has been charged with heroin possession and distribution offenses following a traffic stop.  Corleon B. Riley was charges by authorities during a traffic stop in the Channel Apartments in Lower Township.  Police say during the traffic stop last week Riley had 70 bags of heroin in his possession.  Authorities say Riley is also a member of the Bloods street gang.
