The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and Lower Township Police Chief William Mastriana announced the arrest of a known gang member on Thursday for distribution of heroin. Corleon B. Riley of North Cape May was in possession of 130 bags of heroin at his North Cape May residence, along with drug paraphernalia and ammunition. He was also found to be a documented associate to the Bloods Street Gang. Riley was sent to the Cape May County Jail on various drug charges , with bail set at $50,000 full cash.
